Homeowners on BuilderVoice have already talked their project through with an assistant that asks what you would ask. You see scope, photos described, budget range and timing - the homeowner's first name and area, not their address or number - and choose whether you want it. Credits are only used when you take a job on.

   Your work email or mobile for a code, or your Google account. No password to remember.

   Your profile

   What you do, the postcodes you cover, the job sizes you take, when you could start. About ten minutes.

   Your credentials

   Public liability insurance first, then Gas Safe, Part P and the rest. We check each one and say so on your profile.

   See projects

   When a homeowner in your area approves a project that matches, you see the whole thing - and take it if you want it.
