Every project on BuilderVoice has been through a proper interview: scope, photos, budget range, timing, who holds the decision, and what's still unknown. You see all of that - the homeowner's first name and area, not their address or number - and decide whether you want it. If you do, one press takes it: a few credits, and their name, number and photos are yours.

A summary you can actually price from: scope, photos described, budget range, timing, who holds the decision, and what's still unknown. If it fits, tell the homeowner why you're the right fit and when you could look.
Credentials that mean something
Gas Safe, Part P, insurance - matched to the job, shown with scope and expiry. No vague badge, and no jobs you can't legally do.
Jobs, not leads
Up to five homeowner-selected businesses can accept an introduction, and each pays only for the ones they take. Pass on the rest for nothing, and tell us why so the next one fits better.
Joining the pilot
We're bringing on ten to fifteen Cambridge builders who do bathrooms, kitchens or extensions. Set up your profile, upload your insurance and credentials, and we'll verify them - usually within two working days.
